Terms of Use

Last updated: September 28, 2026 · Português

By installing or using Saturnino you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not connect external services and stop using the app.

1. What Saturnino is

Saturnino is a personal organization tool still in development, currently offered for free. It helps turn notes into tasks, keeps the day's list short and brings in the meetings from your calendar.

2. Not medical advice

The app was designed with attention to difficulties common among people with ADHD, but it is not a treatment, a diagnosis, a medical device or a substitute for professional care.

3. Third-party services

Some functions depend on Google, Microsoft, Vercel, Supabase, Formspree and Hugging Face. The availability of those services and the terms of each platform may also affect how the app works. Connecting Google Calendar is optional and uses read-only access.

4. Responsible use

5. Availability and changes

Saturnino is provided as it is, while it evolves. We may fix, change, limit or end functions. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve local data and to communicate relevant changes, but we do not guarantee continuous operation or the absence of failures.

6. Liability

You remain responsible for confirming commitments, deadlines and decisions. To the extent the law allows, the maintainer is not liable for indirect losses arising from unavailability, a mistake by the app's models, an outdated calendar or improper use. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory rights given by the applicable law.

7. Privacy

The handling of data is explained in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

8. Contact

To report a problem, make a request or ask a question, use the contact form.
